This conviction led, in April 2023, to the first roundtable gathering the leaders of all our subsidiaries around Responsible Communication.
A charter was born from these discussions, available to everyone at rse@ores-group.com.
But this document is only a step, not an end.
Since 2013, our approach has remained the same:
Break the rules.
Tear down silos.
Empower everyone to carve their own path, sometimes far from the beaten track.
Our CSR policy, now formalized, is embedded in how we live and work:
In our hiring practices, to promote diversity and inclusion.
In our gender parity and parental policies, so everyone has their place.
In our client relationships, to build projects with real meaning.
In our productions, to minimize our impact at every stage.
We know responsibility is not only expressed through internal documents.
It is lived through our campaigns. Through our commitments.
For three years, we have partnered with Coral Gardeners to preserve coral reefs. We have led public interest campaigns, such as the one with Fédération Addiction, to raise awareness of risky behaviors.
Every project is an opportunity to deliver a message that matters.
Our first CSR report is a snapshot. No self-congratulation, no posturing. Just a clear-eyed look at what we have built — and a firm commitment to what remains to be done.
Because what unites us is not the claim to be exemplary. It is the desire to be sincere, consistent, and useful.
